At Mace & Carmichael, I served as a Strategic Communications Assistant during their summer internship program. In this role, I wrote educational blog copy, executed influencer partnership marketing, and developed client acquisition strategies.

 

M&C is dedicated to blending design with impactful storytelling that drives results, and my experience there strengthened my skills in customer acquisition, copywriting, and crafting authentic messaging that connects meaningfully with clientele.

Bennet Park Video Ad

Wacky World Studios Video Portfolio

Created to use at the National Parks and Recreation Association Conference

This video advertisement was created to showcase Impact Parks’ mission and commitment to accessible play. Designed to promote the park’s grand opening and encourage community feedback, the piece features dynamic footage of community members of all ages enjoying the space. Through vibrant visuals, engaging photography, and colorful copy, I aimed to highlight the park as a place for connection, inclusion, and joy.

Crafted for the 2024 NRPA Conference, this video showcases Wacky World’s signature sensory-immersive designs. Each photo and video clip was intentionally selected to capture both the breadth of our aesthetic vision and the range of sensory elements—from active to tactile play. Leveraging the vibrant colors of the Wacky World brand, uplifting testimonials, and diverse space designs, the piece celebrates the boundless creativity and immersive experiences that define Wacky World Studios.

Internship Summary

At Mace & Carmichael PR, I had the opportunity to work on diverse client projects that blended creativity with strategy. I wrote influencer marketing pitch copy for the Designer Drugs campaign, shared press releases with news outlets to secure media coverage for The Bethlehem Center, and conducted targeted outreach to connect M&C with potential new clients. By combining research with clear, compelling communication, I helped campaigns gain traction with influencers and media outlets. This experience sharpened my ability to create messaging that drives engagement and builds authentic connections—skills I now bring to every project I take on.
